Tom was fantastic. He explained every detail. He came upon an unforseen situation where he needed to cut off a bolt and nut to completely remove an bracket to reinstall the new part. He did not have a cutting tool so he had to leave to go over his buddy's shop and was back within twenty mins to complete the entire job. I know this had to be frustrating for him but remained professional and courteous to whole time. Great guy he is.. Thx

Tom was great! I'd had a couple positive experiences with another mechanic through YourMechanic but schedules wouldn't work this time. Tom showed up, checked things out...I'd bought 2 different parts for the job because I couldn't tell them apart (they had different part numbers, though). Tom took the time to call the auto parts shop, talk it through, and determined the better part happened to also be the one that cost me 1/2 of what the other part did. He worked quickly, professionally, and now I'm driving without the worries of the problem we'd been having beforehand.

I highly recommend Tom. My car had a check engine light and heavy shaking. Tom diagnosed the issue and I was able to do the repair (replace ignition coil) myself. He was prompt, professional, and explained everything along the way.

Tom was courteous, professional, and very helpful explaining everything I wanted to know about my car. He pointed out the things that were fairly urgent to fix and also the ones that can wait for a while or in good shape. He seemed very knowledgeable and someone who would not recommend unnecessary things to change or fix, unlike my dealership. I'm very satisfied with the work he did and would call on him again.
