Wow, what a great car repair experience!! Tim was right on time, was professional, thorough, organized, and fixed my Mercedes air conditioning for less than half my Mercedes place wanted. I ran across these guys while doing an online search for car repair. I was skeptical but now I'm a loyal fan!! They have all my car business going forward.

My appointment got off to a rocky start. Tim was running late because previous job ran long and the parts shop couldn't find my order. I was glad to see him when he finally arrived. He was courteous and professional and got right to work. He finished an 8 hour job in 5 hours and recommended an alignment. I scheduled an alignment for the next day and so far so good, my car is running great.

Tim arrived on time and proceeded to locate the problem with our car (Knocking noise underneath) He found rear sway bars worn and loose nuts on front sway bars that had been previously installed by someone else. He installed the rear sway bars and tightened the loose nuts up front. Test drove the care and the noise had quit. Tim was professional and knew what he was doing, he explained all of the work he had done he found other problems with the vehicle and I have set a time for Tim to come fix those problems. I would recommend him to others needing work done on their cars. Thanks Tim great job.

Tim did a great job replacing the tie rod ends and ball joints as well as replacing the intake manifold gaskets. Car handles real well after getting the front end aligned. The engine warning light is off right now but have had issues with it coming on with lean fuel codes. These codes PO171 & 174 can be caused by several issues with the car and have to be eliminated one at a time it seems, In any case I will use Tim again. Thanks Tim

Tim h from yourmechanic was on point with the inspection. Even told me that the initial problem wasn't actually the problem. Once the real problem was found, he sent pictures to the company so that it can be fixed correctly. Eagerly waiting for them to respond as I type this so that I can ask for Tim again and get back on the road. Will definitely be my go to from now on. If only other mechanics took the time that Tim h does.

Excellent work. Hutch was 100% on his game. Very skilled, knowledgeable, and thorough, With repair work on a Lexus there can be a lot of price gouge land mines to avoid, and Tim found the best way around ALL of them. He's not out there to help himself to the customer's money. He's out there to help, period.

Mr. Hutchings arrived early and finished on time. He pointed out that there was a missing part among the parts' kit I had agreed to supply. I quickly went to advance auto parts to get the missing part, returned, and Mr. Hutchins completed the job. He took the vehicle for a brief trial run, pronounced the installation to be good. He left his work area in neat condition. The car he worked on here is my girlfriend's. I have since scheduled the same work to be done on my car. Lastly, he provided a very good record (multimedia) of the work done. Impressive.

I was very pleased with Tim Hutchins service. . very personable and professional guy. I was lucky he was the mechanic that came to fix my van. He bent over backwards, went overboard and beyond the call of duty to get the job done. There was a mistake in the parts that I provided and I started to panic because I thought we had just wasted the afternoon but he calmed me down, took his time to call around until we found a store that had it in stock and he took me in his car to make the exchange and get the right parts! And after getting the job done I expressed my gratitude for the trip to the store, he just smiled and said. . "It's all customer service, I am here to make sure that you are satisfied . . whatever it takes to get you going, that's what I am here for". What a guy!. I have some more stuff I need fixed in my van and I have already started discussing it with him. He is my go to guy from now on. Thanks Tim!
