I have been an automotive technician since 1986. I am ASE Master certified, Ford factory Master certified, and have degrees in Power Technology and Business Administration. Over my career I have have diagnosed and repaired a wide range of Domestic, European, and Asian vehicles. Whatever the issue may be, my years of experience will ensure that my customers' cars are safe and ready for the road.

Tracy called me the night before my appointment to introduce himself and go over the work I needed--on the day of the appointment, he showed up right on time (in fact, a bit early which was great) and again went over the work. He communicated everything clearly so I understood perfectly. He discovered what was wrong, and although my truck needs just a bit more work than what I thought, he didn't make any unnecessary recommendations and gave me a full diagnostic of my truck! FANTASTIC!! THANK YOU!!
