Prompt and friendly. Little disappointed with warranty as battery wasn't pulled yo see if there was a bad cell - that task was left for me but had no power yo pull the battery. Dam did take me to pick up gas to keep car runni ng while service call was comp leted

Sam showed up on time and completed a rather difficult driver side outer door handle replacement in a timely manner.

Did I get ripped off? Is the mechanic lying to me or trying to sell me something? These are concerns most people have when hiring a mechanic. I didn’t have that feeling with Sam, so I would definitely recommend him to anyone! Also, he was punctual, thorough, and replaced my axel seal faster than I had expected.
