Exceeded all expectations. Very impressed with the quality of the technician; extensive knowledge and service standard high level certifications achieved. I felt a little guilty that all I had for him to do was an oil/filter change. Despite the rather simple job (relatively speaking), he handled my vehicle and my property with a great deal of respect. Roland took plenty of time to explain to me the findings of his inspection of my vehicle. Unlike so many instances having my car serviced at the dealer (where they invariably assert the urgent need for expensive maintenance parts and service), Roland's advice was offered in such a way that I did not get the usual nagging suspicion that I was being taken for a ride (so to speak). I am EXTREMELY impressed with all aspects of my initial encounter with the business and their technician. I will most certainly be in contact with this service again. Roland is an exceptional asset to YourMechanic; as long as he is available for my automotive needs in the future, I will continue to be a customer. Thank you!!!

Outstanding. Roland arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time. Rang my bell and introduced himself. I took him to the car which was in my garage. He proceeded to bring in his equipment and when set-up, he began. Besides the work I contracted for he looked over the entire vehicle and pointed out several items that needed to be watched. He was extremely pleasant and he cleaned up after himself and when done, I would never had known he was there .... he left the garage spotless. I'm extremely impressed with his professionalism and his expertise. I would highly recommend his services.

Roland was incredible thorough during the pre-purchase inspection. He was the 4th mechanic I used in pre-purschase inspections and I will be going back to him in the next week for a Land Rover. The best aspect is that Roland is great in explaining mechanical topics in layman's terms! I actually understood him and was convinced the vehicle was a great purschase!
