I have been an automotive technician since 2000, and work in the Chicago, Illinois area. In that time I've gained lots of experience working on Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. Prior to becoming a mobile mechanic I worked at Midas, Ford and Pontiac dealerships, and independent shops. My goal is to efficiently repair my customers' vehicles so the last thing on their mind is car problems.

Roberto explained what I needed to have done thoroughly. He was early to both appointments we made. He was honest about a part I was paying for that the system made him include that I did not need and is working with "YourMechanic" to get that portion of my bill refunded which I appreciate.
