Omar came to my work to change the spark plugs in my car. He arrived on time and even moved my car so that it wasn't being worked on in front of the building. Omar worked while I was still able to do my meetings upstairs. Omar called when finished. The car was back where I parked it. He showed me the old spark plugs, and took them with him. He was very pleasant and I will use him again.

Omar was very early and he was very professional! He replaced the water pump on the car and found an additional problem which we are thankful that he did! We also like that he took pictures and audio recordings of what he was doing. We will be asking for you again for the power steering pump!

Enjoyed doing business with Omar and YourMechanic.com, plan on more. I was told however in person by Omar on Thursday 10/23 that the $70 charge to my Visa CC would be refunded, for a grand total of the $130 charge for services. As of Friday 10/24, that refund has not occurred.

Great Mechanic. Performed a Spark Plug replacement on our 2003 Ford Expedition. He performed the task in a efficient, highly meticulous manner, and we have not had any issues since he replaced the plugs 4 years ago, He was also very knowledgeable about the different Ford Models. I would highly recommend.
