What - a mechanic with a heart??? I will never use anyone but Osiris. He is knowledgeable, professional and committed. He went way above and beyond to solve the mysterious problem my car was having. I was extremely pleased with Osiris. He was courteous and on time. When he arrived he went over the job order to make sure it was what I truly needed, as he did not do the original diagnostic. I'm so grateful he did, as it turned out the work to be done was not what I needed to take care of my engine light issue. He went above and beyond, and also re-inspected my car, identifying my brake issue that I had gotten an incomplete diagnostic for previously. He also came back the same day to run codes again, so that we could plan what work needs to be done. I'm looking forward to having him come back in this next few days to complete the work. I highly recommend Osiris for his knowledge, patience, and customer service. Thank you Osiris!
