Omar arrived promptly. He inspected the car and explained in detail all the steps necessary to do a brake flush. I would suggest to let the customer know what is required to do a brake flush before hand. For example, the appointment was at a parking lot where there was no power outlet. Although the brake flush was done, it would have been better and faster if power outlet was available. Overall, Omar was personal, friendly, and detailed when doing the work. I would definitely use him again!
