It was a great experience with Nick!He was very knowledgeable and understanding. He told me eveuq step hemade and considered me in which way we wanted to accomplish. It was a wonderful experience and would recommend Nick anytime and anywhere. He is great!!!! Thanks Nick!!!!

Finished much quicker than I expected!

He was punctual. He was very forthcoming in keeping me informed about travel time. I didn't have any direct contact w/Nick. However, my wife says he was very nice and courteous. The service was estimated at 5 hours, Nick got it down a little less than that. But, if it was 5 hours, I'm good with that too. Better to get the job done right. My garage still looks the same way from when I left it this morning. So, I'm guessing that he's pretty organize and tidy. That's a great plus with me. Nick even gave me car seats a cleaning. Thanks Nick. It was definitely needed. Nick has forthsight; thinks outside the box. Another plus with me. He did a good job because the car is running like a sewing machine right now.

Nick was very throigh, friendly and professional. He checked everthing related to my car"s problem and made the diagnosis. He answered all of my questions, which in turn helped me to feel a lot more comfortable about the issues I was concerned with. Im so greatful that the manager Johnny recommend him.! Well I really did appreciate the phone call from Nick on when he was going to show up. But the service is another thing, I wanted him to test drive my car to make sure it is the transmission that is making the noise. But instead he was pretty sure it is the transmission. But some how I doubt it, I got new tires put on so it may be those. I have never had any problems like this before. I also had a small transmission fluid leak but got that taken care of. So he said not to worry about it right now just let him know if it gets worse. Thank god I am in tune with my car so when something doesn’t seem right I get it taken care of immediately. But nick is a nice guy and very polite. All in all I was okay with him.

Nick was great. Called when he was running late to let me know when he would be here. Diagnosed the problems quickly provided a good estimate.

Nick was very professional and came exactly on time as stated. He made sure his job was done properly and stay till I was satisfied. He explained all the warranty of the labor and parts. While fixing the care, he took his time and went over all the steps and also explained a lot of detail that I did not know. After he completed the job, he made sure everything was okay and also cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend everyone to used this services.
