Took auto shop classes for 4 years in high school ( freshman year to senior year 1993 - 1997 ) Went to Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo Ca. 2000 to 2001 ( took advanced auto diagnostics ) Worked at Walmart tire lube and express in Chico, Ca 2001 to 2005 ( senior lube tech/ battery and tire tech ) Worked at Nissan of Chico Ca 2006 to end of 2009 ( diagnostics, R & R , warranty repairs ) Been working for myself as a licensed independent auto repair contractor ( mobile service only ) 2009 to present.

I thought he pretty much knew what he was doing, but when he first showed up he said YM had the labor wrong and would most likely have to charge me another half hour. I did not like this as I have used YM on at least 2 other occasions and this has never happened. I thought this was not a very good approach, but in the end you guys were right. Also after he put "lock tight" on the screws he said he was going to charge me $5.00 which I thought was not proper he should have said this before he put it on. But the main issue is he charged for a whole tube and probably use 1/4 tube. But, if this is a requirement it should have been in the quote. I almost felt like I was being up charged with both of these and I thought what has happened to "your mechanic"? Sincerely, Jerry Stacy
