Mark made a good effort, at the end of the day my vehicles not repaired and I paid $70 to find out what I already know, my lock pin is sticking. Don't wish to disparage Mark, again he tried. Disappointed, thought whoever came would know how to repair it

Mark arrived right on time. We discussed the problem I was having with my wipers not working. Mark did a thorough investigation and narrowed down the problem to either a faulty wiper motor or more likely I will need a new switch on the steering wheel turn signal arm. He will send an estimate and we'll go from there.

Mark arrived again on time and started working on my wiper problem. He found the culprit to be a faulty wiper motor connector. One of the wires wasn't fully engaged. He fixed it temporarily, but recommended replacing it. The original fix was not necessary, so this new fix will cost much less. Thanks Mark.
