I consider Mark to be a very good mechanic. He called to let me know he was picking up parts & would call again when he nears destination. He was professional, took pictures for damages & condition of vehicle before getting started. At the end he cleaned up with the exception of spillage of large amount of power steering fluid on my assigned parking space. I've yet to drive car & have confidence in the work Mark completed. I have to say, Mark was awesome. The company needs to make sure that the right parts are ordered, so the mechanics don’t have to drive all over town to get the right part. Mark was very patient but I could see he was just as frustrated as I was, when it comes to ordering car parts. I feel sorry for the mechanics when this happens. It is some times hard for certain customers to understand that things like this do occur from time to time. I enjoy watching him install new parts on my car, and I even got to help a little. I love that, anything new I can learn about my car really helps in knowing when there is a problem. Mark will definitely be the mechanic to work on my car in the future. Happy customer Erin
