I am a 30 plus year veteran of the automotive business including but not limited to 6 years of professional training. Four from automotive technology in high school and a two year technical college for automotive technology. I served 10 years total in the military in mechanical fields. I have 14 current A.S.E. Certifications including Advanced Level Specialist ,Master Automobile Technician, Light Diesel Technician, Parts Specialist, Undercar Specialist, Service Consultant and General Maintenance and Repair Specialist.

Arrived ahead of time and went to work on vehicle once he reached me by phone. I was not near it and assumed he would come knock on the door. App didn't work properly at the end of appointment, but it eventually did go through. Mr. R. remained professional throughout.
