He arrived a few mins early and brought along another guy to help with the work. The job was completed in about an hour and without issue, it would seem. He left behind no mess, despite this having the potential to be a messy job.

Arrived on time. Very patient and friendly. Worked on my car and even though we couldn't get the problem resolved today due to lack of parts, he explained what needed to be done and fixed what he could. Very pleased with his work. Just sad I don't have my car handles fixed yet haha.

Arrived on time. Recognized I received the wrong part from parts store, was patient and proceeded with other work while I exchanged it. Got the new starter in, and it still didn't start. He diagnosed the issue with my battery connection, and helped get it straightened out enough to start the vehicle and ensure it was only the connections that were bad at that point. Sadly, didn't have the connectors I needed, but not a big deal to replace them once I was sure they were the only issue.

Keith showed up on time. Answered all my questions. He put down a tarp in the work area to protect my driveway. He stuck to the quote and did not treat the mechanical work as a sales opportunity.
