James was professional, courteous and arrived on time to perform an inspection on my car. He is very knowledgeable about cars and correctly diagnosed the problem on my car in a timely manner. I would highly recommend James.

James arrived on time for the appointment. Great attitude and work ethic. When he was finished he pointed out a few more things that need to be done to the vehicle which I appreciated. There is still one code left saying number 3 misfire detected but that may disappear as I drive. Will follow up. Altogether I was very pleased with the service and with James. Would not hesitate to use them again if warranted.

About the same $ as my last oil change but I didn't have to leave home...super. James was right on time and completed the service in a timely fashion.

As expected, James did a great job on the power steering fluid flush and replacement. Was very careful not to spill any fluid on the vehicle or ground. Checked the system very carefully and made sure there were no leaks. Another great job !

James arrived on time, took care of maintenance expeditiously, explained what was done (showed me removed parts, confirming I knew brakes were bad) & found/showed me something that will need to be addressed, soon. He diagnosed the problem, and filled out all the warranty paperwork.

First off, he showed up early. Almost an hour. Can't beat that. Thought we had a bad alternator and we were stuck in Vegas. Turns out it was just the drive to Vegas that drained the battery as well as what could be a parastic drain.. James had us jumped as well as offering good advice on why our battery was starting to crap out. He did so in a way that he wasn't talking down to us or treating us like we were dumb like most mechanics do. He adjusted the price of service to reflect what work he actually did and we were on our way. If our car ever breaks down in the Vegas area..or if you break down..get James and you won't regret it.

One of the best what a great guy

James was great! Was early to our appointment, and was very understanding when dealing with strict condo rules. Switched out my battery in minutes, as well as completing a thorough check and letting me know next steps for my car. Would definitely use him again for future car issues, and highly recommend the service.

Very good but needs to complete job
