John was very nice and professional. Excellent communication!!! He explained repairs and showed old parts from car. He answered all concerns I had about my car. I would definitely recommend My Mechanic to family and friends 😀 It was a pleasure to be at home and not sitting hours in an Auto Shop.

I was beyond happy with the service provided by John and Yourmechanic Repair Services. John was prompt, very accommodating, and quite fast. It took him just about an hour from the moment he got to my apartment to completing the repair. This was my first time using Yourmechanic services and I couldn't have been more pleased. In addition John showed me my old part and clearly explained the issue with the repair and defective part, he also gave me several options to address other items associated with that repair. No sooner than my getting back upstairs to my apartment I texted several family members and friends about YourMechanic services recommending them to all of my closest friends and family. Not to mention, the whole repair was affordable. I will continue to sing the praises of YourMechanic. Thank you once again John.
