Jim was great! I had an 11 am appointment but he texted me he was available earlier so he got here at 9:30 am and was done by 10:30 am. Really good customer service and made recommendations my Jeep needed but was not pushy at all. The recommended services are legit as well, was not trying to upsell me just to do so. Still paid about $50.00 less than the shop priced me at and included even included a brake flush which the shop did not included so really save more than $50.00. Took the Jeep for a spin and rear brakes feel great!

My regular tech wasn't available so Jim was scheduled to do the work. I texted him that we would not be home and where to find the keys. Got a notification that he was on time and that the work had been done. Didn't meet him personally but, once again, yourmechanic did what they promised.
