Jeffrey was very courteous and professional and I’m glad he helped me with my Jetta’s DRL issue.

I was very happy with his work.

Jeffrey was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. Unfortunately being late both days and ultimately unable to complete the job which will require another mechanic or dealership visit is the reason for the reduced rating.
