Javier was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very customer focused. He took great pains to ensure that my expectations were met. Even as other issues surfaced with the car he worked to keep cost in line with various recommendations. It was my first experience with Your Mechanic and I am happy to say that it was a very pleasant one. I would certainly use the service again and would welcome the opportunity for Javier to be the one to perform that service.

Javier showed up on time and was helpful and kept me in the loop as far as what was wrong with the car and options for repairing it. I am waiting for an additional part to come in so the job is not done yet but the diagnostic was thorough and the follow-up report is valuable.

During my first appointment with Javier, he noticed an oil leak while doing my transmission fluid change. Because of Javier, I was able to have it covered under my car's extended warranty. It turned out to be a timing chain gasket leak. My car has been to several places and only Javier was the one to notice this, Thank you Javier.

He went further then expected and checked all fluids and suggested other services that the vehicle will need in the near future . Javier completed the task expeditiously .
