Professional and knowledgeable

Joel has been an excellent mechanic. He pinpointed some of the problems I have been having with the clanking noise I have been experiencing prior to the front strut assembly replacement. I told him that the Control Arm Assembly - Front Lower Left and Right together with the Axle / CV Shaft Assembly - Passenger Side Front has just been recently replaced. (November 18, 2923). He noticed that the screws holding the control arm assemblies from both the drivers and passengers' side are loose and the middle screw is missing on the passenger side. He showed me the loose screws on both sides and the missing screws on the passenger side. It looks like my previous mechanic (Ray Covit) forgot to tighten up the screws holding the control arms resulting in loose screws and loss of one screw. I told him that I will call yourmechanics,com to resolve this situation.

As far as I can tell, he did a great job he diagnosed it now. I will see if he’s right on the Repair great guy very knowledgeable.
