My appointment was @ 11:00am, Jake called to let me know he was running a little late from his 8am appt. He called again tinkering me know he was on his way and again when he arrived. When he got to my place, he started in right away and was very nice, professional and timely. I really appreciate him calling to let me know he was running late and when he would be arriving. It shows that he takes his clients time seriously and it is appreciated!!
