Ivan was absolutely freaking awesome. He showed up on time, had the tools for the job, and worked on it until it was done. Even when the suspension on my 12-year-old car was a huge pain and added over an hour to the job, he kept at it and got it done. Now, my suspension doesn't make any noise, my car is safe, and I could NOT be happier. He did an amazing job and, on top of that, he even refused to accept a tip! My husband and I will be hiring him for all our future work. THANK YOU IVAN!!!!!

Ivan was very helpful. We are planning to have him replace the radiator un my car. I like thst this mechanic service is available, especially for when my car shuts down completely and won't go at all. Lol It also seems cheaper than the prices I pay at the Nissan dealership.

My Sebring was leaking coolant and I've thought that I may need a new radiator. Not having a mechanic I went on-line to look for one and saw "Your Mechanic". I've never heard of them, but, being home sick, I had thought it would be nice for a mechanic to come to my home. It was easy to make an appointment on their website, and the next day Ivan showed up and on-time. He checked out my whole car, and went over everything with me. It turned out that I only needed a couple of hoses, and a new thermostat. He had answered any and every question I've had in a non-condescending way, and anything I did not understand, he had the patience to explain it to me. He made up the estimate and knowing how much it will cost me up front, we've made the appointment for the repairs to be done for the next day, and again, he showed up on time. He completed the work within three hours, and showed me everything he had done. He ran the car to make sure everything was in working condition, and cleaned up after himself. The car has been running great and I am so happy with Your Mechanic, and, with Ivan. I would highly recommend Your Mechanic, and, Ivan would be the man to ask for, to get the job done in a clean, professional and honest way! The last thing Ivan had said to me before he left, was: I can drive the car with confidence....he was so right! Thank you, Ivan.

Ivan completed the oil change and filter very satisfactorily. Ivan also called to my attention to the fact that the 30,000 mile maintenance service was coming up. That service was completed by Subaru of Las Vegas on 5/4/17 when they MISTAKENLY read the mileage as 41410 instead of the correct mileage that was 21410!! Therefore, NO 30,000 mile maintenance is required.

Ivan was late getting to my appointment, but I understand that things don't always go as planned and my appointment wasn't the first one of the day -- unexpected problems with a previous appointment and traffic can cause anyone to be late. Ivan was polite and knowledgeable, and quickly performed the routine battery replacement, It took longer to collect the required documentation for YourMechanic than it did to replace the battery.
