 I contacted Wrench/YourMechanic to install an alternator on my 2016 Nissan Rogue and to schedule service. Henry Martinez, the mechanic, was assigned this task.  I am exceedingly pleased with the quality of the service rendered by Henry. He showed up on time and adhered to the requirements of his trade. Great service was provided.

Henry was very professional and helpful every step of the way. He was great at communicating through the app, would call if there were any changes in his schedule and I always knew what was happening. First time using this app and will definitely use it again in the future.

Excellent young professional. Tenacious and with a very good attention to details. The replacement of my alternator was significant challenge that Henry because of the a/c pipes, main computer, coolant container and other obstacles on the way; not to mention the very tight fitting that made the removal of the bad alternatr and the installation of the new one a real pain in the neck. A heavy downpoor a few minutes into the job did not help, but after getting drenched by a summer storm, Henry was able to set up a carp and continue to work under the rain.
