Hector was very friendly and honest. He replaced my front struts. He explained the work he performed and showed me the difference between a damaged and a normal strut. Hector completed the work under his estimated time frame.

Hector was on time and in spite of very cold inclement wheather he launched right in and got the job done in the quoted time window. Everything is working correctly and he made some minor recommendations that I will be following up on. I was very pleased with my first experience with this program.

Hector was great. I hired him to replace my drum brakes, and he informed me as soon as he knew that they were not the problem and had plenty of life on them. We rescheduled and he got the problem fixed whih ended up being the calipers on the front.

Hector was fantastic. There was a loud rattling noise coming from my engine and when I took it to my local auto repair shop they said I needed a new alternator and belt and wanted to charge around $775. Hector originally came out to do that repair with a refurbished alternator I bought, but upon inspection said the alternator was fine and I just needed a new decoupler (and that it wouldn't hurt to change the belt and pulley for preventative maintenaince). My total cost for parts and labor ended up being under $300. Hector was extremely nice and accommodating. I can not say enough good things about him and yourmechanic.com. You guys definitely have a customer for life.
