I have been an automotive technician since 1991. Over my career I've worked at major dealerships and independent shops on a wide variety of Domestic and Asian cars. I am ASE Master certified and EPA certified, so I'm qualified to perform engine, electrical, suspension, air conditioning and many other diagnostics and repairs. I aim to fix my customers' vehicles right the first time, and make sure that they're safe and ready for the road.

Frank came on time though it was rainy day. He was well equipped with all the necessary tools. The alternator was not working in my car so he brought alternator along with him. He worked on the car for longer time to make sure nothing major is missed out of the sight. I will book him again in future if needed.

Mechanic installed the new parts, however didn't make sure and complete properly. The door cover and handle are not aligned back properly causing a bad stick. Both parts are only plastic making it hard to get out of the vehicle. I have called back for someone to come fix it correctly the way it was. Also the door handle and window were not cleaned. I have left everything how it is and was left.
