My Ford Flex, a good fourteen years old now, turned over but refused to catch. Called Wrench, a new service for me, and this Fabian fella showed up right on time. No bluster, all business. Took a look under the hood, listened to the engine’s sad coughs, and went about his work with a quiet efficiency. Diagnosed a bad fuel pump clean and quick. Explained it all clearly, easy to understand, even for someone who doesn't speak engine much. Friendly too, which goes a long way when your car's on the fritz. This Wrench business, seems alright thanks to Fabian. Prices seemed fair too. First time using them, but won't be the last. They'll be back to fix this pump, that much I know.
