Had to call Evan to reschedule and he made it simple. Side note, use comments to mechanic during quote so he knows to bring needed tools if you want to have other things checked,

Very nice guy. There was a bit of a mix-up (not his fault) so he had to push back the appointment by an hour. I also requested an adjustment on what I needed, and he was happy to adjust the invoice and take care of a brake inspection. He was prepared to replace the brake pads, but told me I didn't need it yet. I value that kind of honesty greatly.
