I live in Texas and want to buy a truck located in Wisconsin so it's difficult for me to pull the trigger on a flight to go inspect the truck myself. After several problems with YourMechanic and the initial mechanic that was sent, Ernesto arrived to do the warranty work. He was excellent. He arrived on time, completed the work promptly and correctly and cheerfully.

Iam a diy type guy but when my chk engine light came on in my 2007 s550 I needed a little bit more help tht your service provided me with such help by sending me a very knowledgeable tech out to assist my problem even on a holiday /Ernesto was the tech he was very kind and professional he made me feel like a customer not just another job it was truly a pleasure to work with him bc he allowed me to explain the situation and within 30min he was on his way /and i on mine as well after fixing the problem iam more then please and to the entire staff I thk you and will be a returning customer..

Ernesto called me to let me know he would be arriving late due to some repair issues with his first appointment. I received a text when he did arrive. I appreciated these courtesies! Ernesto was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The repair went well, and he explained the various procedures as he performed them. Previously, he worked as a Honda service mechanic, so I was extremely comfortable as he worked on my car, and he took some time to give me a heads-up about future maintenance issues I could likely expect.
