Dominic was great! He arrived early and went straight to work, doing basic maintenance on my car. He gave explanations on why he performed/recommended certain repairs and gave a good 50-point inspection. Overall a great car repair experience with the exceptional convenience of online scheduling, fair quotes up front as well as knowledgeable and experienced mechanics.

Dominic came to the house even though it was raining hard. He knew our previous appointment was canceled due to rain. He said he would be there regardless and he came during a heavy rain. He started the work while it was raining and completed it. Luckily it stopped raining eventually. Dominic was very friendly and took the time to explain everything he was doing and what he found along the way. He made me feel at ease and certainly knew what he was doing. I'd described what was going on with my vehicle to the phone support when I set up the appointment. How I had bought the whole lower rear control arm assembly to fix the lower control arm which came damaged with the car, the assembly fortunately included upper control arm, and strut assembly as well as new bolts from Toyota. In addition to the lower, the upper was twisted and bent. He swapped basically everything in about two hours, despite a broken upper camber bolt which he swapped to get the car functional again.
