Came to my job to replace brake pads and rotors. Explained every step of the process beforehand and sent me pictures of each step of the process while I was working. Very thorough. Very detail oriented. I thought sending me pictures of the process was very nice. I could see his progress in real time without actually standing over him and watching. Very professional. I had a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend and will use this mechanic again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

my 1st time dealing with a mobile mechanic service, and i have to say i was impressed ... a text saying he was on his way, another text when he arrived, and a final one when he left ... UnDre was friendly, professional, and most importantly, he got the job done... not the easiest thing in the world replacing a window regulator, i can imagine... and i love the fact that when you request a service and get that instant quote, that the amount you end up paying is the exact amount of the quote .. honest upfront pricing ... love it !
