Doug was prompt and courteous. He wasnt able to pin point the problem exactly but narrowed it down to a leak or a leaking power steering pump. When Doug left he left his creeper standing vertically in the path of the garage door and left without it. The switch to open and close the door was away from my view of his creeper. When I closed the door it hit the creeper and broke the garage door opener chain. I then had to replace the opener at a cost of $500+. I faxed the receipt to Your Mech but havent heard back. I do expect compensation for this damage.
