Trey is the best! He is very outgoing and personable, and knows what he’s doing.

Trey was awesome, he broke two of his tools trying to unloose a bolt. It was about 40 degrees outside and he worked and took his time like it was 88 degrees. I will most definitely use Trey again.

Trey is a very proficient and amenable auto mechanic that did an excellent job with the replacement of a leaking radiator. He has also pointed out several additional repairs that the vehicle requires. Due to the high cost of the additional work, it is necessary for me to postpone any additional repairs at this time. I anticipate that these repairs will be made during the subsequent months ahead.

Trey was very professional and experienced. He diagnosed my vehicle and went above and beyond checking if anything else was wrong. He was also able to give me an estimate on other issues he found. For the price and trust, I will definitely be scheduling another appointment in the near future also recommending family and friends.

This is the first time I have used YourMechanic. I think Trey did very good and thorough job on my vehicle. The reason I didn’t give him 5 stars is because he was about 2 hrs late for appt (he did text me twice to let me know he was running late) also the cost of the repairs was about $140 more than quoted due to replacing 2 rotors. That was fine to replace them but Trey did not inform me they needed to be replaced he just replaced them and then to my surprise when my CC was charged it was $140 more than expected. I would just ask to be informed first of additional parts that are needed instead of being surprised by the additional cost after the fact. I will use YourMechanic again and Trey if he is assigned to do the work, I just ask to inform me of any additional cost from the quoted price before doing the work.
