Chuck was awesome, He was punctual to the appointment, accomodated the change of location on that day, and explained why the belt might have worn out. He has also promised to write down whatever other problems he has diagnosed in a report for future action. Would definitely work with him again.

Chuck took the extra steps to explain any issues and options with car and in doing so I could tell he was a quality mechanic. Pricing was fair as advertised and there were no hiccups in that regard. Chuck did a great job for my car. He arrived on time and discussed with me in details while unloading tools and prepare the work. He explained me in details when he checked my car and identified the root of the problem. There are two mounts damaged, but others are fine. I requested him to do a full check after the damaged engine mounts replaced. It was a very good experience. I will definitely recommend Chuck to my friends.

Chuck was great. He came to assist me with the brakes on my 4runner. After a quick inspection of the vehicle, he realized that replacing the brakes would not solve my issue so he declined to install the new brakes to save me money. He then explained what may be the problem and pointed me in the right direction to get it fixed. He also went over everything he noticed in his inspection and further explained how to properly take care of the vehicle. Thanks, Chuck!
