Christopher was great very knowledgeable and patient. I didn't realize that he was the same guy that came out to fix my son's car a couple of weeks ago. I was not at home but my son was and my son was kind of perplexed because he did not speak with Christopher before he left, and he was thinking about leaving a negative rating but I told him to wait and I'm glad I did because Christopher is a great guy I don't know why he did not get a chance to talk to my son before he left after fixing his vehicle but I don't believe that it was anything personal.
