After being told that it was the alternator that was failing and it was not the alternator it was the battery. Ben helped me troubleshoot what was really going on with my car and I'm very satisfied that he deduced it to the battery. I was ready to pay for an alternator but instead a new battery and saved me a good amount of money. thank you

For as much money that I spent on two batteries, I didn’t expect to have a warning light still on. This needs to be reset. I feel the mechanic should have known to reset it. Also mechanics should clean up upon completion of jobs there was black marks left on my beige leather seats and doors.

Ben was very knowledgeable and repaired my vehicle in a timely manner and made suggestions to improve cars performance. I highly recommend him to anyone.
