Awesome service on my brake pad replacement! He showed me I had about 30% wear left on my old brake pads, but glad I did the service now and not wait until the last minute. Took the car for a spin before he left and the brakes feel great! Thanks Alfredo! I'll be using this service again.

Alfredo was great. But your corp office sucks. Communication was non-existent via phone. The gal that answered the phone had no clue about policies and very poor "people" skills.... needs some training.

Friendly and very helpful when it came to explaining what I need to fix in the future.

He called and asked if he could come early, which was perfect! When he arrived, he was so personable and very friendly. Great conversation, which it made it that much more comfortable. He was very patient with my car and let me know exactly what was wrong, verbally and physically. I will be seeing him again tomorrow to get my car worked on and I am that much more comfortable with that happening. I work Mon-Friday an hour and half away from home, so this idea was perfect! Thank you so much! Will be using from now on!

Alfredo was personable, thorough and did excellent work on our vehicles. He even came back to restart our car when it turned out the battery had not been charged long enough. I highly recommend him.

Alfredo arrived on time and was very professional/knowledgeable walking me through some of the items he noticed during his inspection of my vehicle. He repaired my vehicle in about an hour's time and left the work space clean and tidy. The price for the repairs were reasonable. I would definitely have him service service my vehicle again.

isolated the problem, bad wiper motor, and replaced it the next day. Very methodical in his work. Took great care not to damage the car during disassembly and reassembly. Lots of parts had to be removed to get to wiper motor. He knew what he was doing and how to do it. Good Job!!
