Anthony was very professional and approachable. He maintained communication from beginning to end. There are 2 reasons why this is not a 5-star review. The first one is because he had to reschedule the original time of my appointment, luckily I was able to accommodate his request (I believe it was due to a glitch in their system?). The second one is because he wasn’t able to complete the job as booked due to having the wrong parts (the parts were requested correctly, but issued a different one?). Overall, I was satisfied with the service and most likely will use it again.
