Volvo S80 L5-2.5L Turbo - Car does not shift from park to drive - West Linn, Oregon

Andrew was dedicated and persistent. He had the tools needed to complete the job. He repaired the shifter on a Volvo S80. The linkage was in a small confined space. He was able to disconnect the linkage, determine the spring was worn out, repair it and reassemble it. He was friendly and easy to talk with. He probably would have finished the job sooner if I hadn't been talking with him.

Volvo S80 L5-2.5L Turbo - Power Steering Pump - Atlanta, Georgia

Collins was professional and efficient. He replaced the part and checked the pressure with his equipment. He tested it and informed me of an additional leak regarding the Power Steering which I was not aware of regarding the Rack and Pinion area. I did request a quote for this also.
