Whitney is probably the most helpful mechanic I've met. He gave me tips on simple upkeep, maximizing my car's performance, and he gave me straightforward answers when it came to parts, repairs, and costs. I felt I could trust his advice and his work–which is more than I can say for most other services I've used in the past. I've already scheduled another appointment to have my brakes replaced this week! Another note that might be helpful to others using this service: I was worried that Whitney would not be able to perform any of the maintenance services when he arrived because I live in an apartment complex and have no private driveway of my own. When he arrived, I talked to him about it and he took it upon himself to find an alternate spot to perform the maintenance nearby. Even though we could have risked staying in the complex parking lot (there were no restrictions posted), I appreciated that he made the extra effort to keep everything honest and safe. He also left no debris behind; he brought an extra box for every leaf cleaned out from my windshield. Bottom line: Extremely satisfied with the service & the charges. I plan on spreading the word about Your Mechanic and about Whitney, specifically. Thank you, all, for ensuring the quality or your mechanics!
