Chet completed the work on my car quickly and easily. He informed me that I will need new rear brakes soon and sent me a quote right then and there. I asked him about the front brakes and told me I still had some time left with them - to me, this shows his honesty in not suggesting unnecessary work which I appreciate as a young woman asking about car information. He was a little later than my appointment time but the quote said to give him an hour window and he showed up within that time period - he even apologized for being a little late which was unnecessary - I was at work so it didn't really matter. Manuel arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment time! He 1st did a visual inspection of what he said he was shore to be the issue of the sound I was very concerned about that I had been hearing in my front end. I also had concerns with some other loud humming noises coming from the rear of the vehicle. He very detail oriented in explaining why I was hearing this noise's and feeling the vibration/humming sounds I was hearing. We then took my car for a drive so he could hear and feel the issues that concerned me and then went over each problem and explained to me what each issue was! We drove back and parked the car and he went over a Detailed Service Plan of the parts I needed replaced and how much each part was and then the Total would be! "His Quote was 10x cheaper than the previous shops I had gone to for an estimate of what I needed performed. Manuel felt that he was a very honest down to earth good guy and is very knowledgeable in his Profession. This guy is the real deal and knows his stuff.
