The initial appointment with Deane was fine, however, the follow-up was less than satisfactory. After his inspection Deane informed me I would be contacted by the office with a quote. After waiting more than 5 hours, I called and left a message requesting a call back. I was called back, given a quote and when requesting an appointment was told I'd be called again after checking Deane's schedule. Two hours later I was informed via message that Peter was assigned the repair appointment for 4/23.. One hour before the appointment, Peter called to reschedule due to a problem with needed parts. An hour later the office called stating there is no problem and Peter could arrive around noon. I'd had enough by then that I canceled the appointment. Deane as an individual was professional, but I would not recommend him because of the lack of professionalism demonstrated by his employer.

Peter did a great job- professional, friendly and trustworthy. Explained the whats and whys of the work he performed, he saved me a little money on the quoted price, left me happy with his work and my car. Thank you Peter.
