I will be honest and say that at first I was sceptical using this online service, but after this experience I would recommend it to anyone. After ruling out that it was a faulty transmission it seemed like the gear mechanism was faulty and may need to be replaced. Had I taken it in to a dealership or shop to be serviced, I am sure they would have changed out the gear shift mechanism costing me more money than necessary.
