First of all he was on time, that, "really impressed me" He was extremely informative as I asked many questions and he answered them all. Another factor that impressed me was when he put my hood up he stopped and touch the engine as if he was a doctor examing his patient; I really appreciated that because that is how I treat my truck...as my friend.
