Trevor was excellent. Right on time, did a thorough inspection before starting. Listened to what I ha identified as the problem and then compared that with the information he gathered. Before jumping in he verified the job he was booked to do was able to be done in the estimated time. It seemed unrealistic to me and after checking on line he verified the part to be replaced was in fact, on model car, in a much more difficult location than other similar cars. The estimate I had received would have only been half of the true cost to do the job. More than I could afford at that moment. He did a little more investigating to be sure there weren't any other issues that may have been causing my SES light to go on. We made a plan to get the work done and the smartest order to do them as my budget allowed over the next couple of months. Helpful, honest, and concerned.
