The initial appointment with Deane was fine, however, the follow-up was less than satisfactory. After his inspection Deane informed me I would be contacted by the office with a quote. After waiting more than 5 hours, I called and left a message requesting a call back. I was called back, given a quote and when requesting an appointment was told I'd be called again after checking Deane's schedule. Two hours later I was informed via message that Peter was assigned the repair appointment for 4/23.. One hour before the appointment, Peter called to reschedule due to a problem with needed parts. An hour later the office called stating there is no problem and Peter could arrive around noon. I'd had enough by then that I canceled the appointment. Deane as an individual was professional, but I would not recommend him because of the lack of professionalism demonstrated by his employer.

James arrived a little earlier than our scheduled appointment, so we had some time to chat and go into detail about the car's history and so he could provide a more thorough diagnosis of my car. James was very polite, friendly, and a great conversationalist during the appointment. Related to the actual appointment, James was very thorough in his diagnosis of my car and even helped me understand a bit more about my car and what it needed so I could take that information and learn from it. During his report, he determined what was wrong with my car (a bad injector) and even went beyond to determine things that could come up as potential issues and how to remedy them. Overall, the experience was very positive and I'm glad that I went ahead and setup an appointment for James to diagnose my car. If I had someone that needed a mechanic or someone to diagnose their car, James would likely be the first person that came to mind.

I was able to trust Bryant working on my vehicle that was 2000 miles away. Bryant was hired to get a vehicle of mine running and mobile that I had placed in storage nearly eight years ago. Bryant was very responsive and professional. He got my vehicle running and ensured it could be driven on and off a transport vehicle in preparation of having the vehicle shipped to me across country. He did so without attempting to upsell any additional or unnecessary work when I could not be there to supervise or verify. The day after Bryant finished work on my vehicle it was loaded and shipped across country without a single issue or complaint from the transport carrier. Thanks Bryant! Job well done.
