Joshua was GREAT! He worked cleanly (first spreading a tarp and mat to catch any drips/drops), safely (jacking up the car and placing the front end on solid jack stands), and knew what he was doing. He ask several questions about the engine before starting to replace the timing belt. He came with all the possible parts he would need even though he didn't use all of them. Since we had a new water pump he gave us a credit for the one not used. He explained what he found and what caused the engine to not run correctly. The concept of Your Mechanic coming to our house to do the repairs saved us towing and repair costs, not to mention the free education I received as Joshua explained what he was doing and finding. He worked quickly and quietly and completed the repairs within the estimated time. He did a very complete cleanup of the car and work area before leaving. yourmechanic gave Jose the wrong parts twice so I had to wait a lot longer than expected to get my rear brakes done. He got to my house quickly and did the brake job in a timely fashion. Ater the job, my handbrake was not working, I brought it to a friend's house to take a look only to discover that the handbrake cable was not connected to the caliper.
