What is the Brake Light Bulb all about?

Brake light bulbs are located at the back of the car, housed inside a protective covering (lens). The brake light turns on when you push the brake pedal, letting drivers know that you are slowing down. 2004 Honda Civic LX the relay on the [fuel pump](/topics-fuel-pump-honda/) buddy of mine is actually going to leave messed it up and I replaced it and it started up right away with no problems and it still started for about a week or two but just last night I tried to start it and it wouldn't start there were times I act like it wanted to start but wouldn't start and then the relay start making a click noise. Is that my fuel pump and I have not tried starting fluid yet which I think that was started up right off the back
