It was previously serviced by another mechanic sent by Yourmechanic.com but it seems that the wires were loosened and came off. Anyway, the problem was addressed by Jamahl and Yourmechanic.com stood by its promise. The car is running well now. So five stars to him.

Ben was great he did not have to do a chemical flush since the vehicle is a 2014 Hyudai Azera just had to drain and replace the coolant. He uses Zerex Asian coolant instead he said it was fine for Asian vehicles. No problems notice quick coolant flush completed within one hour.
