I asked to have the front break pads and rear break shoes replaced (My truck has both: rotors and drums) Enrique gets out of is car and greets me like a friend, and immediately put me at ease. He was honest with everything he told me, and let me see the issues that he found. Even though my truck does need more work done to it, Enrique wasn't pushy or overbearing in saying what I needed. he fixed what I asked him to, and said 'we can fix the rest as we go along' (NOT AN EXACT QUOTE) He was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, expedient, and didn't assume that because I'm a girl, that I'm stupid, like a lot of mechanics have done to me in the past. Over all, Enrique was a real gentleman and professional. I will definitely be asking for him specifically for my future repairs! 100% satisfied.
